FRIENDS Rain is very polite and pleasant to talk to, even to people who aren't very nice. She has no problem talking with strangers. Plus she likes helping people But she lies and keeps people at a distance. She's a loner and even though she's nice, she's not very outgoing. She is mellow, and quiet at first, and she doesn't like people who are overly energetic or obnoxious. On the other hand, when she's comfortable enough around people, she tends to tease them, and has a dark sense of humor at times. Anyone who does manage to worm their way into this circle will instantly have a loyal and helpful companion. She has a very calming and mature air about her. (Unless she's embarrassed or excited, then she's giddy.) | ENEMIES Rain doesn't really confront people. If she doesn't like them, she ignores them or goes somewhere else, until she's pushed too far, then she snaps and explodes on them, and will insult them at any chance. But she can get snappy with people she doesn't like, and she can get jealous of other girls, especially the pretty and talented ones. Anyone who thinks she's too "young" or "weak" will be on her bad list. Also, anyone who attempts to take advantage of her, or personally betray her will incur her wrath. | LOVERS Rain is asexual, but hetero-romantic. She likes boys, but not sex. Except with her tendency to keep people at a distance this is almost impossible to get into this region. She is also a bit of a tomboy, so boys might see her more as a "friend" than a "girlfriend" but Rain is fine with this. In fact, if she suspects someone has a romantic interest in her, chances are she'll pull away from them. Even though she doesn't like anyone for herself, she's very encouraging and supportive to other people in romance. Unless it just looks bad. | OTHERS Rain is unusual. When she's herself, she has a strange way of talking and thinking, but it's a nice quirk. Also, she is naturally curious, and likes knowledge. She'll like to ask questions. Fellow fighters and avid world travelers are people she likes to be on good relations with. She respects authority and will help someone who wants to learn, or is just in need of a companion. In return, she likes recognition of her skills and accomplishments. She is not a student at the academy, but can act as a guide to those who need it (on other worlds). Also, she's confident, but not cocky. She likes learning from other people. Maybe fighting, or knowledge someone can give her. She's always trying to improve herself. |

Oh lawd. I can see so many antics going on here. She sounds right up Zephyr's alley for the kinds of friends he'd be geared towards, though her morbid sense of humor would probably completely and totally elude him and keep him edgy. xD
If you'd like, I can pop in your Pridelands or Academy thread and let it roll from there, or we can concoct something different if you specifically want a more combat-oriented and able character in your Pride-lands thread. Additionally, I can offer up Mira, who I could see becoming definite frienemies. She definitely falls into the category of what Rain would consider a snoody brat. xD
The academy is the perfect set-up for Zephyr, I think though.

I think the academy thread could be a nice way to meet, since I'm only going to have her there a couple of times. So that might be the only chance Rain could meet Zephyr in a calmer setting. Um, maybe after those two threads are done, she can meet Mira? I'd like her to have some people she doesn't like either.

Mkay, tossing both Riku and Ven out here - though I'm pretty sure she would just hate both of them since it looks like she hates the academy teachers xD
Um. As I told Zeph - there's little to no chance either one would apprentice her. Not that I'm assuming you would assume that but I want to make that clear. I still need to figure out what they would want in an apprentice and I would rather everyone assumes it's a 'no' and then be surprised when they're like 'lol jk touch my blade'.
... I also do not write my posts like this.
But basically they're both teachers? Ven is a... far more docile and quiet version of Sora, especially now, and Riku isn't exactly a bundle of energy. They would help her though one of the main caveats to really helping her probably would be attending the academy.

Rain doesnt hate the teachers she's afraid of them. she gets nervous and she feels like she shouldn't be at the academy and that they shouldn't help her. but if they're nice to her, she'll still be nice to them.
right now if they offered to apprentice her she'd say no. she doesnt want a keyblade, she loves her weapons too much. maybe someday she'll think about being a master, but not now.
rain is still exploring the worlds, and there's the last three worlds she has to see. so she'll ask for a favor from the masters. i'd like riku first, and then ven if that's okay?

She can certainly ask but, like I said, their held would probably be contingent upon her willingness to actually become a student and enroll at the academy. They would want her somewhere they could actually watch/monitor her and would be reluctant to help her if she wasn't actually under their ward.
